Product Care

To get the most out of our handmade products and for your safety, make sure to always refer to our Product Care guide below.

Candle Care
Candle care is essential for your candles to last longer, allowing for a more controlled flame and less smoke.

• If you want to maximize the burning time, always trim the wick to 6 mm (1/4'') before each burn.
• When burning the candle for the first time make sure to let it reach a full melt pool.
• Do not burn the glass jar candles for more than 3 hours at a time.
• Before each burn, clean the remaining wax away from the inner container walls. Wiping off any excess wax residue will prevent (further) tunneling.

• Keep the candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings.
• When not in use, place the candle away from direct sunlight and other heat sources.
• Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface.
• Beware, the container (glass or tin) may become hot during use! Allow the candle to cool fully before covering it with a lid, moving, or handling.

• To prevent possible heat damage on the jar, you should always stop using the candle when there is only 6 mm (1/4'') of wax left.

Home Decor Care
All of our home decor products are made from Keracraft (eco-friendly & sustainable) and are poured, sanded and sealed by hand. We also provide every product with cork bottoms to protect your surfaces from scratches.

While our products are known for their durability and resistance to shocks, it's important to remember that they're not entirely indestructible. Avoid dropping your products, as even the most robust materials can chip or crack upon impact. Treating your products with care will help them remain in pristine condition for years to come.

• Our products are splash-proof, and have been sealed with a water and heat resistant sealer.
• Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals and abrasives to avoid damaging the sealer.
• Wipe clean products with a damp cloth only. Do not submerge or soak in water.
• Do not put products in the microwave or dishwasher.
• All products are handmade, thus colours and finishes may slightly vary.
• Products may contain naturally occurring air bubbles.
• Products are made for indoor use only.

Wax Melts Care
Wax melts are candles just without the wicks. It is another way to make you feel cosy & warm, and your space smell good. Like our scented candles our wax melts are hand-poured using 100% high quality soy wax and natural fragrance oils. Wax melts need some care from you to get the best possible experience out of them.

Place a single wax melt in the well of your electric wax melt warmer or ceramic dish of your wax burner and light an unscented tealight below.
• If you are using your wax melts in a bigger room or prefer a more intense scent, add more wax melts to your wax burner/melter. Also, please make sure that the liquid wax won’t pour over the bowl’s sides.
• Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time.
• After cooling down, the wax should pop out easily. If not, reheat the wax until it slightly softens. Remove the wax and wipe away any remaining wax with a kitchen/paper towel.
• Store your wax melts in a sealed container below 25°C. Also, consider a dry place and which is away from direct sunlight.
